Benni Hemm Hemm & the Melting Diamond Band IV is perhaps the last record in the series of improvised music and delirious videos by the dangerously unstable group of vandals and musical geniuses that together make the Melting Diamond Band around Icelandic musician Benni Hemm Hemm. Most likely it will not be the last record in the series but the group has since the beginning of the project insisted that there will not be more than 4 records in this series. No one knows why and hopefully there will be more records. But if they keep their word, we say thank you for visiting, thank you for the music and your energy. We were afraid of you but we were also loved - and we loved you.
